Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) – Job Overview

Join Our Team as a BCBA at Elevate Behavioral Healthcare

At Elevate Behavioral Healthcare, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are at the heart of everything we do. We provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs, and our BCBAs are instrumental in shaping the care, growth, and success of the children and families we serve.

As a BCBA at Elevate, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning opportunities.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, tailored to meet each child’s developmental and behavioral goals.

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that therapy is delivered with fidelity, compassion, and consistency.

  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators, providing guidance and training to reinforce progress across home, school, and community settings.

  • Monitor and analyze data-driven outcomes, using evidence to continually refine treatment plans and maximize meaningful gains for each child.

We are seeking passionate professionals who are:

  • Dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

  • Committed to the principles of evidence-based ABA therapy.

  • Excited to work in a supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment where professional growth is encouraged.

  • Skilled communicators who value family engagement, mentorship, and professional development.

At Elevate, we recognize that our BCBAs are not just clinicians—they are advocates, educators, and partners in progress. Joining our team means more than providing therapy; it means helping children reach their fullest potential, empowering families, and contributing to a culture of excellence and compassion.

We offer opportunities for career growth, ongoing training, and a flexible, rewarding work environment designed to support your professional and personal success.
