As a BCBA at Elevate, you will:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning opportunities.

Develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles, tailored to meet each child’s developmental and behavioral goals.

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that therapy is delivered with fidelity, compassion, and consistency.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators, providing guidance and training to reinforce progress across home, school, and community settings.

Monitor and analyze data-driven outcomes, using evidence to continually refine treatment plans and maximize meaningful gains for each child.
