Analyst (BCBA) – Job Overview
At Elevate Behavioral Healthcare, our BCBAs play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to promote meaningful progress in home, school, and community settings. We’re looking for passionate professionals who are committed to making a difference and value a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and data-driven interventions
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
